Ocean building Tour guide

We started our Experience with a tour of the Leisure and event Building also known as the Ocean Building. Giving the students informative information via Question & Answer so they not just listen, but also get the opportunity to think and respond. Therefor they learn the information in an easier way.

Presentation

The next part of our experience was a real live Kahoot game to bring in our topic about practice base learning. It revolved around topics like specialisations, exchange, and characteristics of an event manager. A question was asked, the students then had to respond by walking to the letter, which was on the ground, that suited them the most or what they thought was the correct answer. A discussion was followed about the question while information was also given in a sufficient and effective way.

Yin yoga

School is stressful, we all can agree with that right? What better than to end the experience with a Yoga workshop to relieve you of all the tension from the last couple of weeks. While Yoga was given some information like where to find the BEST trainings, how to sign up and different modules that can also be found on the site, was given to the students. It was indeed a ZEN-moment for all of us and much needed!

We liked getting the feedback from our classmates because it gave a very good overview of where to improve to make ourselves even better. Overall the score was quite average, so definitely room for improvement, but without a doubt I think we can be very proud of organising our first experience together as a team.
