Orchestra test 

I make sure that the team is following through and that we are paying attention to the details. I take responsibility for the completion of the assignment or project, and I carry the conscience of the team. When finishing our assignment, I do the dotting on the ii’s and check the accuracy and precision of everything.  

My experiences in the leisure sector: 

My experience in the leisure sector is working in a hotel for one year. I was a waitress there, but I also did some of the organisation behind parties that were held there. I really developed my social skills there. Most of the time, there were a lot of international businesspeople, so I gained some experience in speaking English with these customers as well.

Personal traits  

I am a very open and honest person. I am open about how I feel about a situation and often discuss it when I feel problems arise. I like to help people and that is why the group can always come to me. Next to that I am also good at dealing with stressful situations. I try to bring peace to the group and discuss with each other what still needs to be done. 

Responsibilities within the team  

My responsibility in our team is to make sure that everyone is working efficiently and meeting the deadlines. I keep track of what everybody is doing and help them with sending them in the right direction.
