Orchestra test:  

I am a violin a really caring team player. I am supportive, sensitive and very extraverted. Just because I care so much about others makes it me a very social person. I really do like to work in a group and try always different ways and things. That means that I can help others and stimulate them whenever and wherever I can. I can be seen (as a violin) as the coach for the team, always being positive and trying to get the best out of themselves and others. 

 

My experience in Leisure:  

The Efteling, one of the most well-known amusement parks in the Netherlands, its placed in Kaatsheuvel. A place in the province of Brabant. I work there already for nearly three years, I started in the Horeca (hotels, restaurants and cafes) and moved after a year to the department of attractions where I am working at the Volk van Laaf. It’s a square with 5 different carrousels and there is even a monorail.

Personal traits:

I am a very open, honest and enthusiastic person!

Caring about other people is one of my strengths, because I want to make sure that everyone is alright and ready to work. My group does see me as the coach of the team. That is because I am very supportive and try to get the best out everyone even when times can be rough.

I am also very social, I am not afraid to connect with people always up for a good talk! Even though I love to be amongst others and have a good time do I also work very hard and serious.

Organizing is then in this case one of my strengths. Planning and organizing things is something I love to do. Whatever happens in the group or outside of it I am a very flexible, social and caring person. What makes me the person I am till this day.

 

Responsibilities in the team:  

I am the secretary of the team. I send reminders to the team about what people need to do for the next team meeting or assignment. I remind our team of where and when the next meeting will be held and what they need to bring to it. So that for everyone is clear what they need to do.
