Orchestra test: 

Being the drums means that I bring the energy to the team and keep everyone motivated.  I help keep the team on track with what must be done and make sure that we reach our end goal. I thrive under pressure, and I would consider myself very confident. Pushing the team to think even bigger and going just the extra mile is one of my other strong suits.

Experience in the Leisure industry: 

I am currently part of the music moves organisation where I will get the opportunity to organise an event with a group. We will get the opportunity to come up with the ideas ourselves and we will also have to organise everything for example the sponsors, venue, and volunteers. I am also making the social media videos for them which they will post online.

 

Personal Traits:

Being a determined and energetic person is probably the best way I will describe myself. Once I have a goal in mind it is almost impossible to change my mind. I tend to take the lead on things quickly just because I know in what direction I want to go. While saying that I also enjoy working in a team and being actively social with people.

Responsibilities within in the team: 

I am what they call the coordinator of the team.  I make the team agendas before every meeting and make a start-up of the assignment, so everyone has an idea of what is expected from us.
